The period of adolescence and the beginning of independent life is a critical period in which girls search for their personal identity. The period is often characterized by confusion and the search for role-models. Therefore, a mature figure to identify with and look up to, as well as relevant content, are a fertile ground for bringing about change.

We operate, in cooperation with the Karmiel-Mashgav Women's Forum, a leadership program at the "Dror" club in the city of Karmiel. The process includes workshops that focus on empowerment and personal excellence alongside cultivating a healthy lifestyle. We hope to initiate similar programs in other cities.
